Is the hype about rosemary oil and your hair true?

Short answer... YES! I'm going to answer some of the questions I am asked by clients regarding rosemary oil.

How often should I use rosemary oil on my hair? How do I apply the oil?
I say use rosemary oil on your hair once or twice a week for best results. My rosemary oil is made with 3 ingredients that are very gentle, you could use this oil daily.

As for application methods. You have a couple of options.
You can add it to your shampoo or conditioner. Let the product sit for a couple minutes then rinse.
You can add the oil directly to your scalp and go to bed. I would recommend a bonnet of some sort as well. Wash in the AM.

Can rosemary oil help with hair regrowth?
Rosemary oil can stimulate hair follicles and promote hair growth, but individual results may vary.
